CSCE Pte. Ltd., FKA CS Consulting Engineers Pte Ltd, is an industrial architectural, civil and structural engineering and project management group. Established in 1995, CS Consulting Engineers has been serving clients with integrity. In 2008, it was corporatized as a Private Limited Company. It is now known as CSCE Pte Ltd.

Quality Assurance

CSCE Pte. Ltd. has Third Party Certification to Quality Standards of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. CS has obtained for certifications for:
1. Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy Services
2. Project Management Consultancy Services

The certifications are audited annually by third party consultants and we have achieved one-time pass for the last 20 years. We attribute this to our constant upgrading and improvement of our quality manuals which we actively implement in our work processes.

Documentation

CS uses the latest state-of-the art design and documentation software to produce efficient design and drawings. These include 3D modelling, FEM analysis and BIM technology. A systematic documentation work process ensures that changes can be tracked and modified easily. CS adopts separate dedicated project files and emails.

Scope of Services

Our expertise covers a broad cross-section of C&S professional engineering and project management consultancy services associated with hospitality, residential, industrial, institutional projects amongst others.

CSCE Pte. Ltd. is adept at providing value engineering services with a detailed understanding of constructability and costs. This has also helped us deliver many projects successfully to our clients, whether on a design and build or consultancy basis, where appropriate.

These skills set is particularly useful in Project Management and allows us to oversee a project from the initial concept stage right through to handover, including the appointment of other consultants and contractors and the establishment and maintenance of realistic time and budget targets.
